Your Scottish food and drink journey will begin outside the historic Barclay Viewforth Church in Bruntsfield. From there we will visit Edinburgh’s biggest park and greenspace, the Meadows, for some history about what really happened on this land that dates back to Medieval times.
We will then travel on foot to two chic, artisan areas of Edinburgh where we will visit 4 over-the-counter eateries and two drink establishments to sample some of Scotland’s finest alcohol and traditional culinary delights, taking in the history of these areas as we go.
Whilst you’re sampling the taster you will find out about how that particular food was lovingly made.
